As you immerse yourself in the interplay of the follicular and luteal phases of the menstrual cycle, HPO axis, and the impact each ovulation has on a women’s health … you won’t ever be ‘in the dark’ when it comes to helping your clients come off hormonal contraceptives or addressing their incapacitating monthly period pain.

PCOS SOLUTION


Inside of this module, the PCOS SOLUTION, you are going to uncover the 5 unique types of PCOS, learn the specific difference between PCOS and hypothalamic amenorrhea, and receive powerful treatment strategies for addressing both of the women’s health conditions. This means that you won’t need to keep your PCOS clients on synthetic hormones for the rest of their reproductive lives – and instead will gain clinical skills to successfully work with this population…..whether their PCOS comes from insulin resistance, underlying adrenal issue, immune response and/ or genetic predisposition. 

MODULE 8:
ENDOMETRIOSIS TREATMENT STRATEGIES


Module 8, Endometriosis Treatment Strategies, is especially important. As this condition affects over 10% of the female population around the world, you will be astounded to learn about auto-immunity as one of the root causes of endometriosis. Together, we will uncover a powerful interplay between the nervous system, gut, and immunity, while availing ourselves of specific treatment protocols for endometriosis clients, that will ensure that these women no longer have to hear ‘that they are untreatable’ from their doctors (and/or see hysterectomy as the final solution to their problems). ESTROGEN EXCESS & DETOXIFICATION

SELF-CARE
HEALTHCARE

Inside of this part, you are going to embrace the myofascial healing model, that puts the power of self-massage into your (and your client’s) hands. Learning about pelvic floor anatomy is vitally important, especially when we want to successfully work with clients on addressing their pelvic pain, intimacy issues, and/or organ prolapse. You will discover detailed physiology of the pelvic floor, clitoris, vagina, and the entire urogenital system (that is more detailed than even medical school students are learning), so you won’t ever be in a dark when a client presents herself with even the most intimidating pelvic floor challenges!

 

MODULE 13: 
HEALING PELVIC DYSFUNCTION THROUGH IMPROVING EVERYDAY BEHAVIOURS

 

Module 13 presents the specific framework around helping our pelvic health clients by improving their everyday behaviors. From fostering functional whole-body alignment, correcting clients’ breathing, squatting in the bathroom, and exercising correctly, this module will show you how to avoid common pitfalls that can prevent even the most motivated clients from seeing the healing results they would be hoping for!

 

MODULE 14:
RESTORING FLEXIBILITY FOR HYPERTONIC PELVIC MUSCLES 

 


Module 14 is especially important. You will learn how to support your clients in restoring flexibility for their hypertonic pelvic muscles, through powerful tools such as Pelvic Spa Stretches, Lower Back Decompressor and Vaginal Reflexology.
